Classes are often wait-listed and so advance booking and completion of an enrolment/health form are essential prior to attending class.
You can start at any time, space permitting. Group classes are suitable for everyone regardless of age, ability or gender; we adapt to suit the individual. If you have a specific health concern or are pregnant please see below for details of yoga therapy sessions or pregnancy classes. Private classes are also available.
New students can pay for a single trial class. Thereafter classes are paid for in advance each half term. There is no discount, refund or rollover for missed classes, but space permitting, you can make it up at another class in the same half term. Drop-in is only possible if there’s a space and I have your completed health form.
Nobody is turned away due to genuine financial hardship.
